I wouldn't give this place one star if I didn't have to. This place is a rip off. Was supposed to be 67 dollars. I was debited 101.00 from my account on the 29 of August. When I asked why it was 101.00. I was told that I had four late charges. I again asked why ,if you can debit my account on the 29 without my permission,why didn't you do it on the 28 th. Was told I will call right back when I find out. She did, said we took off the late charges, so I asked if she was going to reimburse me. She said no. We added administrative costs, climate control, and bug treatment. I told her I didn't have a climate control unit,she replied well you could have, then I told her how can you do bug treatment when it's locked and I have the keys,she said. we do the units before and after. I moved my stuff out today the 16th of September. I asked for some of my money back was told they don't refund any money. Then she said that it is due again on the 25th. I told her again that I moved my stuff out today. And they better not charge me again. I went to the kirbyville police department and told the officer what was going, and how they are doing people. I pray that the City of Kirbyville does a investigation into how this company is ...

I was not pleased with this place at all some of my things got ruined because water got in the unit & because i removed my stuff & didnt take picturs first nothing could be done about it even though i was charged $20 a month for insurance . I was also upset because i got my items out without giving them a 10 day notice i was still charged for the month that my items were no longer in it so they got paid for nothing . U will never use them again or...

I rented a unit on Dec. 1st. There was a lock on it when I went to check it out. Today is Dec. 12th, and the lock is still there. I have 4 different contact numbers, but so far no one has been able to remove the lock on the unit for which I have lost 12 days use.

I am changing my review from 2 to 4 stars. I finally got access to my unit today, and I am very satisfied with its location...
