we were told to go to the Er by our nephrologist, we arived around 230 and at 700 we had not been seen. there was no protocol for covid in the Er. people were not made to stay apart. there was only one wall unit of sanitizer, we were there and never saw one chair or anything sanitized, mask were not mandatory and people were not made to keep masks on in fact they had posters up that said if you have a respiratory problem please wear a mask. there was no social distancing and the stand that held gloves masks and other PPs was empty. the waiting room was dirty and was never cleaned the whole time we were there. i was shocked that no one sanitized or wiped down the chairs when taken to the back. the dr offices i have been to were so thorough and yet this was not seen in a hospital. SHE ALLOWED CERTAIN PATIENTS TO ONLY HAVE ONE VISITOR WHILE ALLOWING OTHER PATIENTS TO HAVE 2 TO 3 VISITORS. THE NURSES ARGUES WITH THE DOCTORS AND IN FRONT OF PATIENTS. THIS IS A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL HOSPITAL. THEY ARE NEGLIGENT AND DOING MALPRACTICE...

I said she's in serious pain and they said... "I'm sure she is" and we will get to her when we can. The reply had a sort of back off tone to it.
Should have driver further to a...
