I went in to car worked on and due to issues that were arising, I spoke with Dalton, my service writer about the possibility of trading my car off. The service department quickly got on the situation of repairing my car; however, Dalton took it upon himself to speak with the Sales Manager Andrew A. about my concern and the possibility of trading the car off. Dalton got a payoff amount that Tutton was willing to give me for my car.
Contemplating the situation for what it was worth, I made my way to the sales department to see what they might be willing to help me get into. I found Andrew A, and we discussed what it was I was looking for.
I previously owned an Octane Red 2021 Dodge Charger. Absolutely loved with car, but because of situations that were arising from the car, I was ready to possibly make a change. Andrew and I went through the options that I had, he listened and told me what options I had available. The Octane Red that I was looking for was at another location, but unfortunately it was a whole lot more than I was willing to pay. Tutton had a Sinamon 2023 Dodge Charger GT sitting on the lot that caught my eye. Andrew asked if I wanted to go for a test drive and I immediately responded yes.
Andrew A. set me up to go for a test ride with Andrew K. Loving the feel of the car and the maneuverability. It was hard to say no, but I knew I had to digest and make sure that everything would work within my budget. I think what I love the most was, Andrew K. did not pressure me in any way shape or form to purchase the car. We sat in the car, discussed my options, discussed my previous car, and the things that I would need to think about and do before I can make my final decision. He graciously let me go on my way and told me that if I changed my mind all I had to do was give him a call.
I made my way back to this service building to check on my car and to make a few phone calls. I did a little more research on what my options were and I called Andrew K back as they had a Black Charger on the lot as well. Speaking with Andrew about it, I told him I wanted to take a look at it. I made my way back to the sales office and Andrew had already pulled the car out for me and was waiting for me to sit down and discuss it.
When I finally made my decision to purchase the new Charger, Tutton not only worked with me as far as negotiations, but they also help me in the financing department. They made the whole deal fall into place and I am truly grateful for that.
I cannot say enough about the sales staff, Andrew A. and Andrew K, let alone the service department. Each person has their niche within Tutton and they all do an amazing job. When I get ready to purchase another Dodge, Tutton will be my place of choice. All of my service work is done there already and I cannot complain in the least about the work that they do.
Tyson and Dalton are always very helpful and attentive to listening to my needs, and the mechanics will go above and beyond with issues you may have. They listen and ask questions if they're unsure of what it is you're explaining to them.
Tutton makes sure you go away a happy customer. I'm thankful for...
Read moreI have taken my vehicle in every 5,000 miles for oil change and rotation. When I took it in at 10,000 miles I mentioned it had a vibration in the steering wheel and brake pedal. I was told it should be ok after the rotation and to drive it for a bit and see. It got worse, much worse. At 13,000 I took it back to have it looked at to be told my rotors were gouged and had hot spots on them from hard braking. I got an estimate of over $800 to replace rotors and brake fluid on rear. I was told pads were fine. Since then I found out there is a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty on brakes so I was no longer covered since I had 13,000. Long story short, if they would have mentioned to me at 10,000 miles when I first reported it that they were bad warranty would have covered them. Conveniently I wasn’t told till 13,000 and now they want to charge me or shall I say overcharge me. I’ve heard stories of this dealership taking advantage of women in the service dept and have now experienced it firsthand. I’ve contacted Chrysler to report this dealership and have given the GM a chance to make it right. I don’t appreciate them thinking I am dumb enough to fall for this. I was told when I got my car back that good thing was I won a free car wash…… really. Oh and they didn’t even fill my tires back up to where they needed to be. Come on guys, just do your jobs and honor your warranty. I’ll be contacting the owner of this dealership in the meantime and wait to hear back from Chrysler, they have started a...
Read moreMy granddaughter took the jeep in around Christmas. It had ran hot we were told it needed a new radiator and thermostate. I thought I had a decent warrenty with Integrity warrenty. They paid to get a new radiator but would not pay for the thermostate. So after I agreed I would pay to have that part fixed, then we waited a few weeks to get it done we had a few snow days. I was contacted after that was completed and told it would not pass the inspection the mechanic does on them. I needed it fixed so I agreed to let them find the problem. They did it took them a few days then contacted me and said it had 2 cracked heads. So they contacted the warrenty and the warrenty sent out an adjuster who said the heads were not cracked. Their reason for saying this was there was no mixture of fluids. My husband informed me you can have a cracked head and it not mix the fluids but would just blow out of the tail pipes. So needless to say the warrenty refused to pay. So now after all this we are into February. So my daughter and I went down to Jasper and spoke with Justin and it was a blessing that they agreed to go ahead and fix the problem. They worked with us on pricing and their mechanic was a God send. So the heads got fixed and we got the jeep back the following week after valentine's day. I would like to thank everyone involved at tuttons jeep and let them know their kindness hasn't went unnoticed. God bless yall!! Word of warning to people who have warranties. May not be...
