The absolute worst service that you can possibly ask for. The only reason I’m giving a star at all is d/t the fact that it is the only electronics store in town and the fact that it won’t let me give 0 stars. We started off by calling the store about our broken audio system and we were told to come up to the store and they would see us immediately. We get to the store and are told that we are going to have to wait. We were okay with this and understanding. So we talked with Jamie about concerns we were having with our audio and mentioned we only needed to explain what we needed and we would leave the boat with him and come back and pick it up. Jamie immediately went and helped other customers, who got to the store long after we did, while we waited for 1.5 hours. We finally got his attention and he continued to say it would be another little while of a wait. We left and will not be doing business with Jamie and I would highly suggest people to not waste their time at Richardson’s electronics...
