One of the owners are completely rude. I brought my family for a family bowling night. When the man behind the counter gave us our shoes, one of them were completely soaked with cleaner. I asked if I could have a paper towel and he said no. I thought it was a joke since he had a roll of paper towels right behind him. He said if I wanted one I needed to find one somewhere else. I have always enjoyed this place. My grandparents brought me when I was a kid and I have did the same for my children. The heavy set man is a disgrace to customer service, not to mention the people smoking meth in the parking lot! My daughter was scared to be go to the bathroom with all the sketchy characters in there! It is a nasty, uncomfortable, and run down environment. The balls get stuck constanly. This is a terrible place to bring your family! I would suggest driving a little further to a safer, nicer, and more customer friendly place. I will never...

My friends and I came here to enjoy a Sunday evening together. Unfortunately, that’s not what we got. The bathrooms provided no privacy, the shoes were worn out, and the bowling balls felt as if they haven’t been cleaned in years. Not to mention, my 14 year old cousin was wearing a crop top and trying to enjoy herself until one of the workers told her she had to put a shirt on.
