This is kathy jenkins making this review because I'm the one who called Samuel appliance repair to come fix our dryer that quit he was very nice and sent Devon the very next morning to fix it DEVIN is a very sweet and professional young man he was on time very fast at fixing or dryer and very thorough...This young man needs a BIG raise we will be calling them again if we need anything fixed we are blessed to have called them and Samuel got another client maybe even two because of Devin and the way he represented himself ..and the price was fair reasonable...Thank you for being here for us and doing such...

I picked this company to help me an issue that I have been having with my freezer based off the many positive reviews. I was charged $275 and the issue remained I have been trying to reach out to him regarding the issue remaining. Each time he says he will be out next week and after this happening multiple times I have decided to leave this review. I do not have a ton of money so $275 is a lot to spend especially when it doesn’t fix my problem. I would not recommend this...

I bought a washing machine a Maytag centennial had it about 5 weeks when a part came loose . I called and the very next day he came out secured the part in place , recalabrated the unit,tested it and now it works better than ever. The price was $250. There were other's that were nicer and cost a little more but I'm on a limited budget. He stands by he products and that speaks pretty good to me especially these days. Thanks Samuel !
