JP Tree Works — Local services in Jefferson Township

JP Trees recently removed two trees in front of my neighbor’s house, directly across the street from mine. Unfortunately, accidents happen, and my mailbox was accidentally crushed during the process. One of their workers immediately came over, explained what happened, and assured me they would take care of it the next day.

Because I’ve had negative experiences with businesses in the past, I wasn’t comfortable waiting and asked if they could replace it the same day. They were incredibly understanding and replaced my mailbox right away, which I truly appreciated.

Had two large trees in our backyard which cranes cannot reach to be removed. Was given a good price and discussed options for removal of wood from yard. Crew showed up on time on day agreed upon, but soon discovered they went to my neighbor without my knowledge or consent to ask if they could park the chipper in their driveway and take wood away across their yard. This was not what was discussed during the estimate and they should have asked me to approach my neighbor,which I would have been happy to do.
