I booked two go-kart passes for my husband and myself for a 4:00 PM race at Full Throttle Adrenaline Park. The confirmation email instructed us to arrive 30 minutes early for registration and a safety briefing — no problem. We showed up at 3:30, checked in, got our safety instructions, and were assigned race numbers 39 and 43.

That’s when the confusion began.

When race number 41 was called (without ever calling 39 or 40), we checked with staff. The same young woman who had checked us in — polite but clearly overwhelmed — said there was a glitch and scratched out our original race numbers, assigning us new ones: 43 and 44. She printed new tickets… which now said 44 and 47. So which is it?

We sat waiting directly by the counter to avoid missing our race, only to have our names called (not race numbers), and were told that this was our race. After completing it, we immediately returned for our next one — only to be told that the one we had just finished was supposedly race 47, our last race. Confused yet? So were we. No one ever called 44, 45, 46, or even 47 publicly — just our names — and that was only after chasing down answers.

Meanwhile, I watched as other guests were being randomly moved around, bumped from one race to another, and placed in races they weren’t scheduled for — all because the staff didn’t maintain order. It was obvious that some people were being favored or placed with friends while others, like us, who followed the rules and waited our turn, were pushed aside without explanation.

The mismanagement, lack of communication, and absolute disregard for customer time and money is staggering. We spent over $100 for this experience, and not only did we not receive the three races we paid for, but we were also lied to, bumped around, and completely disrespected. We waited nearly 90 minutes for just two races — and when we explained we had other engagements, we were told we could “maybe” get our third race free if it went over two hours. So… when? Today? Another day? No answer.

As for the experience itself? The first race was decent — the staff member adjusted my seat and pedals since I’m only 5’4”. The second race? The guy didn’t care at all. I couldn’t reach the pedals properly and had to practically drive hunched over the steering wheel because he refused to help. I told him I couldn’t reach, and he just yelled for me to go faster.

This place has so much potential, but they clearly lack structure, leadership, and any respect for their paying customers. Instead of an exciting, fast-paced go-kart experience, we got a frustrating, disorganized mess. Never again.

Save your time, your energy, and your money. This was an absolute disaster from...

I bought the 3hr pass for the three activities (Go Kart, Rage Room, and Axe Throwing) for a birthday "date night". I figured it would be fun, but everything about the evening was above my expectations. The process was easy to get started when we got there since I booked everything online. We started with the Karting and were given great instruction and guidance. Everything was clean, and well taken care of. The karts are pretty quick and easy to handle, very fun track. We got to run 3 races before there league night started at 1800. We could've done more, but we stopped to eat some delicious BBQ chicken pizza and pretzel sticks. Brandon (Manager) brought out the food while we watched some kids being coached on the track for their junior league and told us a little about the place and what kid of things they do for the kid and adult racing leagues. Awesome and helpful guy. After the racing, we did our rage room which was a good damn time. My wife enjoyed it, maybe a little too much... You can play music in there and destroy things SAFELY to your hearts content. You will be sweaty, a little tire, and a lot less stressed when you're done. The two helping us there were awesome as well. Lastly after we got done smashing things, it was time to hydrate and throw some axes. It was a great ending to the evening. The Owner Justin got us some frosty adult drinks, and Monty coached us in throwing axes. I've always wanted to throw axes and it was as fun as I hoped. Monty was an awesome dude. He hung out with us talked to us and kept helping us get the throwing right. Once again, my wife was pretty good at that as well, and I'm a more cautious person because of it. Justin came over and threw a little as well, and we talked about what got him into this business. Overall an 11/10. We will be going back, and I will be taking my older kids to drive some karts. It was fantastic. Great time, atmosphere, drinks, and food. Go see...

To rate this I want to start out with that the staff was helpful and pleasant, now the facilities were rather ruff from the wear of the day with trash piling up, and I didn't see any cleaning of the helmet in-between uses. I'm not a germophob but the helmets smelled really bad! Even with a head sock on they still seemed dirty. The ax throwing seemed to be priced well at 20$ per person for 1 hr, although no takers while we were there. Actually it was very slow in my opinion with maybe 20 people at max and sometimes only 6 of us plus workers. The go-kart was what most people went there for, and I believe there is a club or something which may help prices.... That being said we had been visiting since 2013 and prices were not crazy, currently we paid $75 (after taxes)for 3 races for 1 person and a 8$ fee to join a club for a year (this would be good for a year they say). This allows 3 races for 6mins each... However there are some stars to be deducted for this: 1 star as they keep placing one of our group in a really bad cart (#16) with no acceleration at all, noticable slower, it even sounds rough idleing. 1 more star deduction for the time of race, on one of our races we had someone get stuck under a tire sideline and that caused us to have 2 laps less than any other race we did, so your 6 mins includes any issues with track conditions , other drivers, or really anything they choose to do. Sum up, 2 star rating = -1 Ruff cleanliness of the facility, -1 Malfunctioning Carts, -1 Time was paused for uncontrollable issues. Over all I think this is super expensive for the economy we are in, and I will probably not be back unless they offer more time or a...
