Southern Sass — Local services in Jenks

Honestly I was so excited and looking forward to shopping here but nope never again … so I was recommended this boutique by a few people for what I was looking for, I come in with my 1.5 year old son and 19 year old sister , walk up to the counter because I’m not familiar with the store and have never been prior to this encounter and the lady working the register was on the phone. I waited briefly she asked the gentleman on the line to hold, I started to pull my phone out to pull up the picture of what I was looking for when my son reached his hand in her black eye peas in the dish on the counter and just knocked a couple out . She then caught an attitude with my son and sister and hatefully told her she needed to pick those up . Me being his mom I corrected her and said no I’ll pick them up in just a minute do you have this belt or not and she proceeds to start telling me when my son reached in again and knocked out a few more of the black eyed peas and the look this woman gave my son was all I needed to leave . I picked up the few that fell to the ground and then proceeded to walk out . Never seen someone soo ugly with a child before . You lost my business and any referrals I would’ve ever given you guys . If I could’ve left 0 stars I would have , but unfortunately...

I felt discriminated today at Southern Sass, the Tulsa outlet location, this morning by associate Anna. Anna asked us to place our shopping bags at the front of the store due to store policy. But there was a older white couple who had bags and she didn't make them put their bags away. Another older white lady went in with shopping bags and Anna didn't enforce the policy onto her either. I tried to explain to Anna as we were leaving it's unfair to enforce policies onto certain customers only, all customers should be treated the same. I think Anna enforced the policy on us only because we are not white, we are younger, and dress different than the older white people that were shopping.

I am leaving this review in hopes the business takes action to educate Anna and make sure she doesn't make other customers who aren't white & older feel this way. God...

I love their store I can always find stuff for me and my husband im so thankful he loves matching with me shoutout to hubbie ❤️ but yes come to the store southern hospitality to The Max everyone was so nice and I loved what I bought THANK YOU SOUTHERN SASS I can’t wait to try on my new clothes🥰 and have my husband...
