Lin Cuisine — Restaurant in Holdenville

I’m coming through Oklahoma and I see this looks like a nice mom and pop cuisine that serves Chinese food. I get in there because I have allergies to any little thing I start coughing a lot so they rushed me to go sit down I understand Covid. I made my order I get up there was going to hand them my credit card they said ATM in the corner not only am I paying for my food I’m paying them a processing fee and my bank processing fee so instead of paying nine dollars for my order I am Paying $14 for my order. On top of that she acted like she was shoing me off when I asked her about that like get out of here and with the order I was supposed to get soup and some eggrolls I didn’t get that with my food. I’m looking at the food now but it looks like I got three or four shrimp which is ridiculous for the price I paid. They didn’t even ask me if I wanted fried rice...

They need to just stop being in business!

They had those chairs with a rounded black pole, and a pink clamshell print on the back and seat.... reminded me of buffets I went to in the 90s...

So, they took our drink order, I ordered oolong tea.... They served me Lipton Tea in a Styrofoam cup.

Food was served on.... a Styrofoam plate. With plastic utensils.

I love cream cheese wontons, placed an order and i ate one, it was gross. the food came fast, but the entree i ordered tasted like they added soy sauce to barbecue sauce and then added horribly fried chicken to it.

The best thing was the egg roll.... Which was kinda salty...

Someone eating with me ordered soup... which surprisingly was served in a nice bowl, and the lady threw away the bowl when clearing the table...

Just wanted Chinese food......

I've been coming here since it originally opened. Every few years someone else runs it exclusively and everything changes, except the menu. That said, here goes.

For a rural community to have Chinese food as an option, it's is a blessing. It's decent, inexpensive and very take out friendly. The food quality & service changes based on whoever is running it at the time. The current people seem to be doing a good job. When it opened it was 🔥 but times change along with management. If you've eaten here from day 1, you know what I'm talking about.

The portion sizes are definitely worth the money because you can easily get 2 meals out of one order.
