Dollar General — Local services in Jennings

Stay Away! Deserves ZERO stars! Racist cashier at Dollar General in St Louis Missouri. Very rude and told the Mexican man who did NOT speak english "Don't come back in here with no $100 bill!" Then told me not to translate for him because "He knows what the hell I"m saying. If I give him the wrong change Im sure he'll speak english then!"

I've left two messages for the district manager, Mr. Bullock, pleading to return my call and he has not! This is just so wring and hurts my soul that someone could be so evil working in customer service. Then she didn't give me one of my items I purchased and I didn't notice until I got all the way home but recall her telling someone in the store as I was leaving the first time, "leave it right there, she'll be back!" NOT realizing she was talking about me and my merchandise. God have mercy on this miserable...

Horrible customer service very unintelligent.Whoever is the person hiring these people , they need to clean house instead of the person running the store putting a sign that said we can't take door dash uber eats or any delivery services at the moment do the store waiting receipt paper and what ever else she waited until I got in the store after asking are yall open and then being Sarcastic by say the doors open aren't they, failed to mention 🙄 about not taking uber eats doordash platform orders because no recipt paper she waited until I was in the store shopping to say oh let uber know we don't have recipt paper. Smh anything your not doing or can't do in the store should be posted on the damn main doors so people don't waist time bs...

My partner and I were verbally harassed by another customer as we were exiting the store and threatened with a gun by the woman. We are an interracial couple, so we can only guess she was racist. Instead of the cashier asking the woman to leave or calling the police, he instead cursed me out and said, “Are you retarded? If you care about your life get the hell out. Leave.” A complaint has been filed for the vile and disrespectful treatment by the worker who did not protect the shoppers when the deranged woman threatened our lives. Never shopping at a Dollar General...
