Allettante Bellezza Bridal and Designer Gowns — Local services in Jensen Beach

After searching at various bridal boutiques in West Palm Beach and not being able to find the right wedding dress without breaking the bank, I came across Allettante Bellezza and contacted them to make an appointment. The owner Lynn was polite and welcoming both on the phone and in person when I went to the location and searched through the inventory to find what I was looking for.

Though the actual location was smaller than some of the boutiques that I visited, Allettante Bellezza's inventory was well stocked with beautiful dresses that were suitable for weddings, coming of age celebrations and formal festivities. I tried on various dresses that can rival some of the top notch fashion designers and eventually found the one after trying it on and Lynn took her time taking it in with clips so it fit appropriately to my body.

Despite The Dress not originally being in my size, Lynn was thorough with my measures and stated that the dress would take about a month or two to be customized and shipped to the store's location. True to her word, The Dress arrived in top shape and when I tried it on, it fitted perfectly and if there was anything that needed to be tweak, she was more than happy to help.

Excellent customer service? Yes. Wonderful quality products for exquisite prices? Definitely.

We ended up at Allettante Bellezza because it was local, we live in PSL with family in Martin County, and staying local was important not only to help local business, but also for the convenience of not being too far from home. I could not be more pleased with my dress, and our experience with the shop was great, too. Most of the dresses currently available at the shop are designed by the owner, Lynn, and when you pick a dress you get one custom made just for you! I tried on many dresses on my first trip, and Lynn encouraged me to come back the following week because she was getting new samples in. I ended up getting the first dress I tried on, but added a cap sleeve topper modified from a cape sample she had. It was perfect. So beautiful. And I've received so many compliments not just from our wedding guests, but from everyone who has seen photos since...it's the first thing everyone comments on! Lynn was very nice, was very accommodating with my schedule and the people I wanted to bring with me for my appointments, and even let me meet her adorable shop bunny! Alteration appointments were done at the shop, and were easy and convenient as well. Pricing was very fair, for high-quality, custom-fitted, heirloom pieces.

I had ordered a dress from this lady Oct 20th with a delivery date of Dec 12th. I put my deposit on a dress i had loved was told i would get a call when it came it and come Dec 12th no one called me. I called the following day to be told that it was delayed and would be in the following week and again i would get a call. I understood seeing as how it was the holidays and all and things are a bit slower to get to you. Come the following week still no call, called her and was told it would be in the following week. My wedding was Jan 12th and each week leading up to a WEEK before my wedding it was delayed and would be in the following week but i loved the dress so took her word for it. Around Jan 4th i had to have called and left voice mail after voicemail cause again i still had no idea if my dress was there cause she failed to call me. SHE IGNORED EVERY PHONE I MADE TO HER AND THEN TO MAKE IT WORSE WHEN I HAD MY MOTHER CALL HER THIS WOMEN ANSWERED THE VERY FIRST RING AS IF SHE HAD CALLER ID AND KNEW IT WAS ME CALLING!
