In truth I thought it be and easy buy then delivery thing. I ordered a mattress and a box springs set over 1600 with taxes. When delivered they just pushed shoved and dragged my box springs and matterss all the way fr the delivery truck, even though two delivery guys showed up. One was very very young. Instead of both picking up and packing and bringing up to my apartment they each carried one. Which is why it was rougher then a corn cob as we say in the south. 12/30/23 arrived 1:20pm 3 employees on the floor. One asked if she could help us and I said flooring. After 10 mins of looking she finally if we were doing ok without walking over to us. My husband said no, we are not. Two employees had since left the floor and we were the only ones in the store. She did not approach us at.
