Sound wasn't great so I had to run the car the entire time but the worst part was the consession stand. I highly recommend eating before going or bringing your own food & paying whatever they charge for that. I am so glad we got in for free tonight or I would have been even more disappointed. I loved the drive-in back when I was in high school but did not have a good experience tonight. We ordered the 2 pizza and a 2 liter combo along with 2 bags of popcorn. I waited awhile for our pizza & when the cashier went to check our order had either been given to someone else or just lost so she took down my info & had the food brought to my car. Once we received the pizza I checked just to find one was ice cold & still raw and the other was lukewarm & still doughy. I took them back in and the cashier was extremely apologetic and went to have them fix the pizzas then sent back to my car. Upon receiving the pizzas I checked them again, they were the same pizzas I took back in and were recooked but one was undercooked still. I just called it a loss and trashed the undercooked one as this would have been another issue for the poor cashier to deal with. She was amazing and I wish I would have gotten her name as she definitely deserves a raise after seeing what she has to deal with. I do not think we will be going back especially with how high the consession prices are & the quality being so low. I understand being swamped & I have no problem waiting for properly cooked food but there seems to be no quality control of what comes out of the kitchen. First time going was a little confusing but fun. The website said for online ticket buyers to use the Express lane, which we did, but then when we wandered around to the concession stand to ask who scans our tickets in, he told us that entrance is actually an exit (even though it says entrance at the front). Once we got past that, we found out that it has 2 screens, and screen 1 is at the front with a playground. Screen 2 is at the back with overgrown shrubs that block some of the view of the screen. My husband and oldest son actually used my husband's pocket knife to cut away some of the shrubs. The prices for admission are great, and the food prices are equivalent to other movie theaters. The food was pretty good overall. We had to listen to the movie through a radio station, which I was so worried was going to kill my battery, but I just made sure to run my car between movies and for a little during each one. I tried finding a radio app that had the stations, but after trying 6 different ones, I gave up. I was worried that the sound would be crackly over a radio station, but it sounded so clear. The bathrooms were located in the middle between the two screens and were pretty clean and well lit. I see you turned all your facebook reviews off and have no customer service email. We are supposed to know that you can only buy tickets for the drive-in online and you have no online way to communicate. Ironic. We were some of your only pandemic patrons (early vaxers) at the Strand then we discovered some things we didn't like about your business so we stopped going.

Well, we took a chance today and went to the drive-in. Please tell the lady that checks tickets, to say things under her breath and not be so loud when she calls customers "idots" for not knowing your policy of only doing online tickets.

We drove up and said, "hi, two please." and no other words to her. So rude.

Ordering online isn't a big deal but you need something that states you do not take cash or card at the window. It only says order online as if it is one option. Also how are you refusing cash?

You should care about what customers think. We were devoted patrons visiting several times a month and now never again.

Side note in the movie we couldn't see faces clearly enough to differentiate characters. This made the movies confusing. The screen was all desaturated and blurry.
