Edit: Mia and Lisa (I think it was) are lovely! More stars!
TL;DR: Pharmacist needs to work on customer service. Please clarify which medications I am paying for. Two stars because my other visits to this pharmacy have been okay.
Edit: After looking at other reviews, it seems like "attitude" has been an issue at this pharmacy for years. Shame.
Normally I have an okay time at this pharmacy, but on 11/5 at 1:10 pm, I did not have a great experience. I pulled up behind a few cars. By the time I pulled up to the window, the pharmacist was closing the pharmacy down for lunch. Okay, kind of sucks that I was the last person in line and they couldn't take an extra minute to help me, but hey, they've got to eat and keep to a schedule. Fine. I'll try not to cut it so close to their break next time I pickup. I wait in the parking lot, pull back around at 2, and the pharmacist asks for my name and birth date for my pickup. "That'll be $X.XX." Unusual for a pharmacist to not tell me which medications I'm paying for and ask if I have any questions. I pay, she hands me one medication instead of two. She immediately walks away from the window, and I have to wave her back over to ask about the second medication.
My mother says she's had similar experiences with rude pharmacists at this location and has changed pharmacies for this reason. I'm not asking for a song and dance. I just want to feel valued as a...
Read moreI dropped off 5 prescriptions in the evening through the drive up window. The girl said they would be ready tomorrow. They were still open for 2 more hours so I asked if I could get the one for pain filled tonight. Then the pharmacist guy comes over and starts looking at my scripts. He wants my id…ok after that the girl says the other 3 will be ready tomorrow. I said the other 4. There are 2 on one sheet! Then I hear the pharmacist say that it’s in a different hand writing.. What?! I asked him to repeat that and there was silence. I leave and come back like I was told to in an hour for my one prescription for pain. When I get there they say they need to contact my doctor’s office because my doctor put the wrong year on the order! I don’t believe this at all. I have test orders from same day in her office with correct year. I leave without any of my medications being filled!! My 5 prescriptions were filled later the next morning without a call to my dr.office… So this lazy CVS pharmacist just didn’t want to do his job...
Read moreHi. I’m a pretty ill person so I have been to several different pharmacies and have experienced a lot. I also have worked in the retail industry for 5 years and I have experience in pharmacology and what it’s like to work at a pharmacy... that being said they’re not the worst I’ve had... BUT they’re EXTREMELY understaffed at all times (even the floor people considering I couldn’t even find a person to ask about a product anywhere in the store for a good 10 minutes). Also... maybe teach your pharmacy staff to know how to pronounce medicine? Lmao I’m not even them and it’s not that hard. Pisses me off. Like THIS IS YOUR JOB. You can potentially mispronounce a med (there are many that are spelled almost exactly the same and even pronounced similarly) and you could get sick or die from...
