I unfortunately bought a house that already had D & I and while there was no real issues at first, once you need them to come to your place of residence, make sure you have money saved. The current quote for them to visit your residence to help assist in fixing or a faulty sensor is $95 for the visit and $25 for every 15 minutes they are there. So by the time you greet them and show them the problem, boom $25 charge. They take 15 minutes to diagnose the problem, boom $25. So they charge $100 an hour plus parts plus initial charge for a visit. Do yourself a favor and find a security company that cares for you and does not charge you a minimum $175 for any visit because most security companies DO NOT have those...

I have absolutely NOTHING positive to say about this company. There are many options for security companies and I EMPHATICALLY ADVISE you to consider looking elsewhere. Not only did the system they installed not function properly for the first few months, they continued to charge me after I moved telling me a verbal cancellation was not good enough, and I needed to write them.
