The first time I ever paid a repair bill and didn't worry.
I've been in the industry for 25 yrs. I've owned only Peterbilt trucks. As you can guess, I've paid Peterbilt a lot of money in repairs and parts. That's not bragging by no means. That's actually foolish now that I have me met Santiago and the crew. I had an electrical issue with the rear of my truck. I had turn marker lights, but no turn signals. In the front I had turn signals, but no marker lights. Being from PA I didn't know anyone. Google's reviews lead me to Santiago. I called Santiago right when he opened. I told him the situation and he was on it. He got me right in. There was no messing around. That's when I met José. My whole wiring system was inspected. He refused to allow the actual problem defeat him. I suggested what Peterbilt would do. They'd cut the wire and run a new one. That wasn't the right way to do it in José's eyes. He continued and found the issue and fixed everything. The cost was worth every penny. I paid half of what Peterbilt would have charged and it was fixed right. Thank you so much

   Read moreI should have know not to patronize this business when I looked at the reviews and saw the one 1 star reviews have a response from the owner stating he did not know who they are, yet they have a full description of events and the name of the owner. We own a small trucking business and our truck was down. 10 hrs and $1000 later the truck is still inoperable. when asked if there was anything else he could try the owner stated "we ain't bout to do all that, I don't have time for this". He also stated " I ain't know you were on a budget" when we said we should not have to pay that amount if the problem was not resolved. We then asked for an itemized receipt which he refused then proceeded to call the police as a means to intimidate us into paying for a incomplete service. After the ticket was paid the driver door would not open. When asked the owner stated "it never worked" and walked away. We will be reporting to Better Business Bureau and filing a claim in small claims court. I sure hope your licenses...

I am from Iowa city and found the bus locally in the Joliet area, I checked out reviews and called several shops, and personally had a really good feeling about diesel truck repair. I went ahead and said letâs get this girl figured out, well like I said she turned out to be a lemon, and Santiago took care of me like I was family. He not only went above and beyond helping me get the truck towed, but he wasnât interested in screwing me over, and causing me to dump thousands into this bus that was not worth it. In the end I donât have a bus, but i left with something much more important, and that is an excellent relationship with these guys in Joliet.
