I have had a crop term account with the coop for about 15 years. I have never been late on paying my bill in December when it is due. Called the week of January of 6 2025 to check on my account, They said everything was good same as last year. So i had them to order some tires for my tractor. I was going to pay like every year before . They said i could do that. They came and put the tires on. Then on January 23 2025 they called said i did not have an account. Not what they told me two weeks before. I spoke with Todd said he could work with me to pay in 30 days. So i called the finance company and talked with Sean Copper. He told me that my credit score had dropped so the dropped my account even tho they was payed ever year on time. He did fix it so i could pay on the tires off in December when I sold my calves like i did every year before. But i could not buy any fertilizer for this year and use my account like i done before. I did not go over my credit limit on my account. But they had dropped my account. I can no longer use it . I do think this is a sorry way to treat a customer of 15 years after never being late to pay my bill at the end of the year. So i guess i will take my business else where. NOT VERY HAPPY...

When I got there they were not there???? Pretty suspicious. I already had made a appointment to have mine done and for some reason went ahead and took it, well I got there and the man said I called and canceled my appointment and I told him repeatedly I did not so my slot was taken. They said they would get it worked in, then they called and said it needed all new tie rods and ball joints, and be $650. Feeling like I was getting shafted AGAIN I told them forget it and took it to my mechanic who said it doesn’t need anything and let me under it while he tested them in front of me. Unless you want to buy a bunch of parts you don’t need DO NOT take your vehicle there for a $60 Allignment.... that does not exist. It’s getting robbed without a gun.I would done 0 star but it...
Read moreI have brought several tires in over the years to be patched with 0 complaints on my side. I brought a tire in couple of days ago to be plugged for a slow leak. After about 30 minutes of waiting (several people ahead of me), one of the staff came in and told me I didn't have a leak but it was probably seeping through the valve stem. He pumped up my flat tire, put sealant in and even put a cap on the stem because mine was missing. Total charge: $0.00.
I offered to pay something for their time but they would not accept any money. Their honesty really impressed me. Service is always top notch. ...
