At first I felt uneasy because it is hard to trust others with your puppy. A phone call, a date set for an evaluation, a discussion about plans for the future..

We have been using puppy paradise for a bit now and I can see that my Doberman puppy does enjoy coming here, he is excited and loves the people that work there. (If you know the breed then you will understand this sentence) He will only reap the benefits of playing with other dogs and being around other people who take care of him and love on him while he is there as he is growing up. So far this seems to be a great place and I will continue to use it. I know not everyone will be happy with a business, that's part of life. I also understood that when signing my pup up to go here that dogs play rough and accidents can and will happen, I walk in every time with the expectation that he may or may not get hurt. Well not because the people are incompetent but because these are dogs and their communication lies in ancient ways that we humans don't understand. And since most like to put the "baby or child" replacement sign onto their dog it makes them forget certain aspects about having a dog as a family member.

But Danielle works really hard, takes her time to talk to you (if you want too) is always learning and has the knowledge. The other staff i have spoken too are kind, work hard as well and have what seems the basic...

I saw this place online and thought this would be a wonderful place for my dog to go while my family and I went on vacation. I contacted them to get more information and they were very nice on the phone. The girl informed me that my dog needed to be up to date on all her vaccinations and that she would need to come in for a behavioral evaluation at least 48 hours after vaccination. She instructed me to call my vet and call her back with the date of the vet appointment so we could schedule the behavioral evaluation. I did just that. I informed her the vet appointment was January 6th and she said great and that they had availability on the 11th for the evaluation. Perfect! We get there for the evaluation and we are told the evaluation has to take place 10 days after vaccinations. And they could not evaluate my dog that day. After arranging child care and moving schedules around it's very frustrating to have been set up for a useless appointment at the direction of the staff.

Update: the staff reached out to me to today. They had a policy change right around the time the appointment was made. The staff were very friendly and because they reached out to explain where the communication breakdown happened, I will most definitely use their services in the future.
