BIGGBY COFFEE — Restaurant in Jonesville

This Biggby location is so much more expensive, and the service here is horrible compared to the Biggby location in Hillsdale 5 minutes away! I ordered a 7 dollar deal they had for an iced coffee and a bragel. I added 2 flavors to the iced coffee. I didn't realize they added a dollar per flavor! They charged me $9.75 for what was supposed to be $7 plus tax. They had a 9 dollar deal for a bragel and a specialty latte. They don't tell you the pricing when you order. They do it at the window. If they had told me the pricing when I ordered, I would've just gotten the latte! The cashier was very rude about it when I asked why I wasn't getting the 7 dollar deal. I will not go to this biggby location again. The location in Hillsdale will get my service...

I have always loved my experiences at this location of Biggby. The staff is friendly, quick, polite and professional. My daughter (4 y/o) has always wanted to go inside instead of the drive through. We did today. She wanted ice cream (at 10:30am), but the Milkster Nitrogen Creamery isn't 'in motion'. The young ladies were so patient and accommodating to my daughter's young "wants". They gave her a few options to choose from and just removed some of the caffeine ingredients. She was SO excited to leave with her new favorite "blue slushy" drink from Biggby. Bigby’s “Summer Sip” Brown Sugar Latte . . . my co-workers regret. She spent $6.03 on a 16-ounce iced version this morning. The flavor did not wow her and the 16-ounce cup, once the brown sugar latte was added to the ice, did not render 16-ounces of Brown Sugar Latte. Isn’t this the story though? The price of convenience does not guarantee a satisfying experience. I used to be a Starbucks daily. Now, I grind my local Ad Astra beans that I picked up at Market House for my morning cup of joe and could not be more satisfied. I paid $10 for the beans, which will last me probably two months . . . and my car will go 32.2 miles on $6 of fuel....
