Inattentive staff, somewhat indifferent to helping customers, except for the nice older lady who will always help you out, and do it with a genuine sense of cheerfulness.

But there's an older male who usually answers the phone. He has an unfriendly, unwelcoming demeanor. As well as a somewhat 'glaring' look, which always seems like he wants to stare you down.

There's also a younger, Asian male there at times, who usually sits at a desk. Seems like his designated job is to keep his nose buried into his smartphone all the time, oblivious to anything else around him. Especially customers standing right in front of him, waiting to be helped.

The mean-looking older man who answers the phone, carries the arrogant swagger of a self-entitled lofty shop owner, or over-the-top manager type. The kind who believe that once you enter their store, you're on their 'turf' or something like that. Unfriendly. Unwelcoming. Somewhat hostile, in a passive-aggressive way.

Either way, my money won't go to make him any richer as the owner, or to help him look any better as the one managing any extra sales FOR the owner.

So... YOU choose. But MY money and self respect are going...

Love there selection!! Of firearms. They need a better selection of knives thought. CobraTec is awesome of course. But they put Benchmade on a peddlestool and I'm not sure why... There's so many other brands that Steve could put in those cases that would sell better and not even that you would have the feeling of selling higher quality knives instead of just selling a brain that everyone knows that most time they make garbage for example the new Benchmade bug out I feel super cheap I know everyone agrees in the lock is just bounces like a little play toy. SOG have the same lock ,basically the same knife. The SOG is 100 times better than the Benchmade watch a video you'll see what I mean. Guy in the back with the custom knives with the Damascus is killing it! 10/10 for him!! But yeah man bring some automatic Kalashnikovs, Some high end CRKT, keep the crush all you are doing great there, microtech, everyone loves the OTFs, maybe add some we knives and American made Zero Tolerance...

Steve's Trading Post offers a large variety of firearms and accessories at very competitive prices. Toby, Rob and Steve C were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful from the time we walked in the door. These 3 men amplify the meaning of "teamwork makes dreamwork"! Toby, the manager, took excellent care of us from the managerial standpoint while Rob worked efficiently and quickly getting background checks knocked out. Steve C was a pleasure to talk to and helped pass time while we waited on the process. Steve, the owner, showed up and my husband and I can say we have never met a nicer, kind or attentive business owner anywhere.
