Very shady place, as I was going here to change a flat with my spare I was told I didn’t have to pay anything. However I felt bad and said I can pay something. Then another guy came by and said $10 and then I said “how about $5” and then he agreed. I handed him a $20 and Then he went inside to get my change. The owner came by and asked what I needed and I told him the other man had gone in to get my change. That’s when he walked towards the other guys direction. He then came back with only $10 and I asked him “where’s my $5”. This is when he told me “no I’m not giving you the $5. It’s $10”. I tried to explain the situation and he said no. To take it or leave it because he wasn’t giving me the $5 back. Honestly I could care less about $5, it’s the fact that I was lied to. I could have just left and not paid a dollar but instead I wanted to give the employee a tip. However the owner kept his employees tip for himself. I couldn’t imagine how much he cheats from people who spend more money on bigger jobs. I paid for services, supplied all parts and necessary fluids, and was lied to about the work being done. Paid for coolant system flush, thermostat replacement, oil change and tire repair (bad valve stem). They only "flushed" my coolant system twice (so Juan said), which in all research and prior experience, it takes many times, not just "twice". He did NOT replace my thermostat (I have a photo to prove this), but he certainly kept the parts, including gaskets, that I supplied. He did not return any unused parts, kept all my coolant which I supplied, but was obviously not used in MY vehicle. Told me that I needed to "come back in two months and have it done again",because it is "extra dirty" (hence the necessity to do more than twice). Didn't fix my tire, only put air in it (charging me 28$), tire was flat within days. I've been trying to contact him, because I was basically robbed, reverse theft of service...I paid for services not received, but he is not replying to me. I will be contacting an attorney and the Better Business Burea, and telling everyone, I know, not to use them...

I hate to be writing this, because this shop has been helpful in the past. However, last Saturday (5/28), I took in a set of tires to be mounted and balanced on my vehicle. I confirmed with the guy doing the work that he understood I needed the tires balanced as well. I was leaving out of town, and this was my last stop, so I was surprised when I got on the highway for my 12 hour drive to Denver and my car started vibrating at 65mph and above. It never did that with the old tires. I went to another tire shop in another city to have my tires looked at, and no surprise the old wheel weights were still on the wheel. We checked each wheel for balancing and every single wheel was off by over an ounce, which is more than enough to cause a vibration at 65+mph. I had this other shop balance them, and my vibration issue was solved.
