Marc has been fantastic helping me fine-tune my system to be exactly how I want it to be. Every situation, and every client, will be different and have a different level of expectations and ways of wanting service, and Marc is the kind of guy I like to deal with. He doesn't dance around anything (not that he's needed to) and just explains things how they are. For example, I can say, "I want this, this and this, and I want it this way," and instead of promising the moon and coming up short, thus hacking off a customer, he takes the time to say what will work and what won't ... and why. And if he doesn't know right off the top of his head the exact parameters of whatever thing I am asking about, he is honest enough to say, "I don't know, but let me do some research and find out." THAT is the kind of thing I look for in a company owner. Direct, and honest. My window tint is flawless. My system sounds phenomenal, and my box is perfect. Considering I drag ladders and equipment in and out of a Suburban multiple times a day, that was super important to me. As I slowly, slowly, slowly continue to re-make this beast I dearly love, Wired Kustoms will be involved...

I took my Jeep down yesterday to have new speakers put in because to me, they sounded horrible. I was given what I feel to be a very fair quote for Digital Designs speakers. Today, the owner called to tell me that 2 of the speaker I was replacing are high end speakers and there is nothing wrong with them. They just need someone that knows what they are doing to get them to work at their best capacity. He said he is leaving them in and will not charge me for the speakers he had already ordered for me. Talk about honesty!!! Sadly that comes few and fair between these days! He could have never said anything I would have never known otherwise. I went to pick up my Jeep this evening and MAN yall!! Im rocking! Absolutely no issues, no distortion at high volumes and I for sure will have no issues driving down the road with my top off and being able to hear my favorite jams! Absolutely amazing 👏 If i could give 6 stars, I WOULD!! The knowledge of Marc Miller and his crew is reMARCable!! When I went there, I had no idea what anything was, what amp or sub to go with and Marc took the time, explained exactly what he would do if the truck was his... I was a fan immediately!! I've had work done (big time builds) twice now to my truck (2001 Dodge Ram 2500) and I refuse to go anywhere else!! If you want to be done right, the first time... Hit them up!! You will not find another place like them!! i went there in search of a sound system, but also gained a lasting relationship/friendship as well!! Great people, great customer service!!
