Dollar General — Local services in Junction City

Visited a few in our area. For the most part the cashier's are nice and friendly though I've had to set a few of them straight..especially those that seem to not want to wait on an African-American woman. Several have been a credit to their store...though they do lag in the diversity department ...have never seen any African Americans employed at any local Dollar General. Unfortunately, they all have an overload of items in the aisles making it difficult to shop. The clearance items are a good bargain if you look carefully ...and I have had to remind the cashier's of the clearance price when it didn't ring up properly. So overall, even with their woeful and obvious lack of even attempting diversity...ok store, good prices and up...

Cashiers and Management at this location are very rude, have no respect for their elders or any customer, and work at they're own pace. I've had a box of Boost Mobile refill card thrown at me and the box hit me in the chest. The manager was the one who throw the box because she told me 5 times that what I needed was right in front of me to look 3 places down. I told her 6 times that places 1-6 was empty. After the cashier got a card out for me and the manager stated walking away I throw that damn box right back at her hit her in the middle of her back and the store full of customers...

Was shorted one of my bags, after having to bag part of my purchases myself! Went back with receipt in less than 15 minutes, only to be told I had left with all my bags! Manager wanted to waste more my time by repeating you can come look at the camera if you like. I told him I didn't have to look at any tape to know I didn't have all my purchases! And I told him the only other option was my bag had magically disappeared! And I would never be in there again...
