Junction City Cycles — Local services in Junction City

So I have heard good and bad things about this shop. By my experience this shop is top notch on information, knowledge and customer service. I have had service here twice. I'm very mechanically inclined and could do most of the services I have paid for at this shop. I have a Harley Davidson street glide, a very pricey bike and have the opportunity to pay an experienced mechanic to make repairs. Shotgun, the owner mechanic is experienced. He found issues during service I really didn't want to pay to fix but we're definitely needed. I'm sure I would have missed these issues if I had not used shotgun for his service and experience. I have tried several other local shops and not gotten decent service. The Stanford shop did not even look up when I walked in Shotgun took time to explain ANYTHING, I asked, even if it delayed service times on bikes. I can't say any other way. I'd recommend service at this shop. I can only hope shotgun takes an apprentice to continue service...

Went and took my wife to ride a bike we was interested in of his neighbor and he had work on for them stopedat the store right above his place and wouldn't start back went to him he was rude wouldn't even help us and I've had him to do work on my other harley and had same problems when I left with a big bill would never go back to that place high prices and...

Shotgun is a great guy and knows his way around motorcycles. He's never done us wrong and goes to great lengths to get it done quickly and to our total satisfaction. Definitely two thumbs up..a real down to earth friendly reliable guy. He's our motorcycle repairman..wouldnt go to...
