Junction City Park — Attraction in Junction City

This is a great place for outdoor activities and events you will find all kinds of things to do. You can feel free and relaxed there. A great place to do just about anything if you enjoy being outside. From reading a book while sitting in one of the adult's swings to Walking trails, ball courts and fields, and a pond for fishing. A great place to walk your dog too! There are picnic tables with a cover over them and charcoal grills. Also good for children's birthday parties. They have a playground too. The only issue for me is that some ducks and geese call this park home, although they are very nice to watch. Beware because their poop is very prevalent. So...

Great place in that area to throw bday parties. If you rent it ( for the water electric and bathroom ) 25$ for 2 hours and 25 an hour after the 2. OR you can not rent it and still have a great bday party. They have a grill and two places throw parties and they are strategically placed around the play ground and basketball court. Nice family place. If you choose to come during midday expect the local Elementary school to be out utilizing the park as well. Overall clean. The picnic area has obscenities everywhere, but that is public parks and teenagers for you. However, the bathrooms are hit or miss on being open.
