Since this company is not being truthful & in the wrongs- I would like to clarify publicly additional information I kept in respect of their reputation. Someone has to be held accountable for the way my family & I got treated.
My family and I flew to West Palm beach, to simply have a descent/good time. We are all professionals, no need to break the laws here.
It is to confirm that we arrived late & we did clarify 4x to the owner and his team that if we were past the time of our tour guide we also had a backup plan to go visit Miami for a Jetski tour. We knew the owner at the Miami location. Under no circumstances we forced the Jetski tour to happen with this company & we were a group of 6 people confirming the owner offered us alcoholic drinks which we did NOT take to our advantage understanding and following the law. What makes us think the owner and tour guide person was not âguidingâ us under the influence?
Also, no one asked the owner for help with passing the boating exam. I was left to finish my boating exam, to mention I have done the boating exam previously and was expired- I simply had to retake it. The owner âofferedâ to âhelpâ, if he thought that having me read the questions outloud and answering them myself was a help? then kuddos to you for thinking you collaborated with that. My fiance whom was an officer was present during this experience with this company. There is evidence.
My great concern is, that while multiple people were there as witnesses the owner and his tour guy made my family and I be at fault for their unacceptable behavior. I will not deny of the great time spent during the tour experience. However, the tour guide was going way too fast on the Jetski and did kept leaving us behind while out on the ocean.
We have done Jetskiâs before, but first time through this company. It is very unfortunate, that me and along with 5 more people & the tour guide to mention got pulled over by a Sheriff Marine Unit because our tour guide was not being responsible.
Before we got pulled aside, the tour guy did tell us âAlright, you have 10 extra minutes to do whatever you want on waterâ. Then he went crazy fast and past the speed limit while we stayed behind wondering where the tour guy went? Why are we to be blamed when clearly your tour guy only went over the functionality of the Jetskiâs and lane instructions while on water-However under no circumstances myself and the rest of my family ever hear the tour guide mention what was permitted to do with a Jetski on water?
This responsibility should have fell under the Jetkis tour guide/Jetski company. Not under the tourists whom followed the instructions of a tour guide?

   Read moreIf I could have put ZERO stars I would. The experience was less than enjoyable, and I will never try to give them any business. I'm sorry to the owner who seems like a nice guy.. One staff member imperticular ruined our experience. We spent a total of 10 minutes on a guided tour(which we didn't realize we signed up for) and were screamed at to leave because this guy needed a chill pill. It's a narrow stretch of intercoastal and avoiding boat wake is impossible. I watched as someone in our party going under 15 miles an hour let loose of the throttle to go over another boats wake.. this caused us to be screamed at to leave. We are highly experienced boaters, we own 3 boats and I personally managed a marina for 3 years. I completely understand safety and the importants of safety on the waterway, People get hurt very easily. NOTHING we did was unsafe, or even a hair reckless. After our short 10 minute ride I was given half a refund, and although I believe they should have fully refunded me it wasn't worth the argument. I wouldn't have even made this post, but when we got back to the dock another employee lied to the owner and said "I remember these guys from before and it was an issue then as well". That lie prompted me to let everyone know about this poorly run...
   Read moreI called to set up a boat rental and ended up speaking to the owner. While trying to ask a few questions he reminded me "I have people on hold and you need to hurry up". I hung up and rented from Blue Point. My girlfriend did not know I had already called this location so she also called to inquire about a boat rental on the same day. The person she spoke to also stated that they were the owner and were just as rude to her as they were to me. When she attempted to ask some basic questions about occupancy and times for rentals she was continuously cut off and finally told "why did you call here if you only have questions". You will get a cheaper price here, but based on the previous reviews of the owner and my review you will not get quality customer service, quality boats, or your deposit back. Spend the extra money and go to a location that is not run out of a falling down house and has a owner who cares about the customers as much as this owner cares about hearing his own voice.
