DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS. They turned out the shredder valve on my rear tire on a brand new bike. 2024 bmw s1000rr I left it overnight. I CAN STAND ON THIS IN COURT. How it started: I was negotiating on a Red bmw when they tried to trick me with a black bmw base model, but they ended up putting the wrong Vin number on the contract paper that we were negotiating on. The vin belongs to a black premium bmw s1000rr. The deal was for $20k out the door. They didn't want to do the deal even after I signed the paper and shook đł hands. But because I told them that it's already in writing âď¸ they finally decided to do $20.5k out the door. I did the deal n left the bike overnight. The next day, I picked it up with a trailer because something in my gut kept on telling me not to ride it home. I towed the bike home đĄ, a few days later, I decided to go for the first ride, and not even 20 minutes later, the rear tire blew out on me on the high 95. The road ranger pulled up and tried to put some air in the tire đł that's when he noticed that the shredder valve was not all the way in. These Guys at this Broward motorsport turned out my shredder valve because of how they messed up on the deal. I was finally able to talk to the GM, but nothing was done because these guys told him a bunch of lies. The sales guy even caught himself in a lie in front of the GM. I don't believe that the GM is a bad guy, I am willing to change my review if this situation is properly addressed. I went in to get the first service done n they did NoT do the full service with all the calibration. I went back to get this 15-minute service done that they had neglected to do. They refused to recalibrate the bike properly.    Read moreMy wife & I purchased a New Can Am Ryler Rally from Broward Motorsports Treasure Coast, Orlando was our sales man. We went in on Saturday to see the inventory & saw two New Ryker Rallyâs one was rough looking had gouges on the body & looked to be a previous Show room display model that people sat on & possibly test rode, the other looked as it just arrive so we chose the nicer looking one which had white covers (rough one had orange) We sat down & left a deposit for the white one & decided to pick it up on Monday since it was getting late. When we returned on Monday late afternoon & they had the Orange Ryker Rally outside ready to go, We told Orlando we wanted the white one NOT the orange one he stated that he misunderstood us but that the Deal was done for the Orange one & as a favor for us he would swap out the Orange Plastics for the white ones which he did do. We showed him the damage to the bike & he said they would take care of it but but weâve had it now going on two months & they havenât contacted us for any repairs plus my bike License Plate expired & nobody called us to let us know the new plate was in. We had such a bad experience with this establishment that after leaving with the bike & feeling like we got screwed the Bike BROKE DOWN only 5-miles down the road. The next day they picked it up in the morning & before they closed I called them for a status update because no one reached out to us the service department said they would call us when they have time to check it out. I would give it 0 stars if I could but Orlando for a few hours redeemed himself during the instructional in person training. But since then, I have had terrible customer service from hom and being deceived and lied to once again. You would think after expressing this with management Somebody would at least give me a call, but no. I am hoping at least seadoo is readiness and will give me a call so I can express great concern. So I promised an update, Orlando came and spent 5 hours with me amazing instructor and teacher on learning thie et ski's. he took his time, was patient with me and my questions and made me feel very comfortable. 'Im changing my Stars to five, he deserves It!
The beginning was great. The sales person Orlando was very knowledgeable. And the financing went well too with rob, however, it stopped after that. customer Care and service was exceptionally poor in regards to delivery and communication. They promised that I would have a knowledgeable person Orlando To deliver and provide demo and instructions on how to utilize the jet ski's,. But he pushed it off to somebody. Brand new who knew absolutely NOTHING wasting 3 hours of my work time. . it has been like pulling teeth with getting any communication from them To get this rectified for me to understand the jet skis and usage...still waiting for date and time... Hopefully, I can come back and give a better review once they communicate and provide instruction......
