Sweeties Ice Cream and More — Restaurant in Florida

Not sure if its just us but the last 3 times the lady working has been kinda rude. Its almost like she doesnt have time for customers unless they are her friends. She just continues her conversation while you wait 5 or so minutes. We will not be back for a long time. We'll just drive a little further and go to Twisty treats. Atleast there they arr friendly

Unfortunately ot was before the event and there was only 1 other customer in the store at the time. My daughter was ignored for 5 minutes while the lady behind the counter continued her conversation without even saying ill be right with you. Im in customer service and know howbto end a conversation or excuse myself fir one moment to let other customers know ill be right with them Thank you...

I love going to sweeties ice cream. It's a great place to take the family and get real ice cream. They have all the flavors you need and my kids love dressing up their ice cream with all of the different topping. We also like the fact that they have board games to play so it really is a good place for an ice cream experience. The owner's and staff are super friendly and always strike up conversation. It feels warm and inviting every time. And since I'm a hard core chocolate lover, the owner even made me a made to order waffle bowl the next time I came in.. completely dipped in chocolate! Sunday afternoon with the grandkids, what to do? By unanimous vote, we selected ice cream. Had not tried Sweeties Ice Cream, but we stumbled on a real winner. Both grandkids selected watermelon sorbet. They are good at sharing so I got a taste. Unexpectedly delicious and refreshing. I did not try hubby's butterscotch bites, but he said it was great. I had cappuccino crunch in a waffle cone. Fantastic! We went outside, in case we made a mess. They have tables set up with checkers and a corn hole game. The kids (and therefore grandma) had a blast!
