Visiting my Mom from out of state, I found out both her dryer and dishwasher weren't working. She recently had emergency surgery so the dishes had piled up and I desperately needed the dishwasher working. Seeing all the positive reviews on here for Josh, I was pleasantly surprised that he personally answered the phone without any time on hold. After explaining the situation and all but begging him to come out that day, he stopped by and quickly discovered the problem with the dishwasher. After doing what was needed he got it working right away!
For the dryer he needed parts so we scheduled a follow-up a few days later after the parts arrived. The dryer is now also working, and better than it did before!
Josh was professional and friendly the whole time and his prices were reasonable, should I ever need more help I will be sure to support his business again...

Read moreMy washer did not fill water. Called them and they sent a technician. The technician said the water valve needs to be replaced. I asked what if replacing the valve doesn't fix the problem. The technician said he is "99%" sure it is the valve. I paid $200 plus for a new valve + diagnosis + labor. After a week they installed the new valve, and it did not fix the washer. Now they said the main board needs to be replaced, too, and I have to pay another $200+ dollars? If you told me in the first diagnosis that both parts need to be replaced, I would not choose to repair it at all! I do not want to replace the board, and they said the valve couldn't be returned.
