Absolutely beautiful course. Little known fact, the 2004 masters were held here because Augusta was rented out for a birthday party and this was the next best course. A little Easter egg is that when you play the 5th hole, look for the tallest tree and you will be standing exactly where the declaration of Independence was signed. I don't know what I enjoyed more, the cigarette butts on the ground or the increasing crime rate in the area. The strategically placed hazards and traps are sure to challenge even the most technically proficient golfers. Designed by Arnold Palmer himself, this course is so nice that you can barely tell the difference between the rough, the fairway, and the road. The greens are perfectly manicured to your heart's desire. This course is never dirty. Some guy named Mark just said "they don't quite roll downhill like the club ha ha" and I don't know what that means but keep that in mind.

Got my son an early Christmas/College graduation present here. Looked online, but really wanted to make sure he got some properly fitting boots. As it turns out, this store beat the online prices, so glad I went local. Excellent service, wide enough selection in skis, but they said Covid hit their stock of snowboards. They also carry hats, gloves, goggles and other downhill items. Check them out…certainly glad I did!

What a beautiful place right in the middle of a town. Not far from the park where you can drop the kids and wife off...or just the kids. The course is well maintained and the crew is always out fixing it up. Definitely worth stopping in and trying 9 but guarantee you'll do a full 18 by the end of it. Thanks for the great experience and check Groupons for deals.

Had an 11am tee time as a foursome on a Saturday. You know what you’re getting into at a public course, busy time of day. With that in mind we understand course etiquette. After the first hole we notice a 2some is waiting to finish their hole. We pull aside let them play through. The first ranger comes by is nice and personable. He says hey, it’s Saturday you have a foursome, you’ve got duos behind you, don’t rush, but keep a 4 hr pace, foursomes take precedent, don’t keep letting people play through. No biggie.

We move on, hit the turn at 12:45. Stop no more than 5 minutes to refill the cooler.

We get to 13, enter old Scrooge Ranger number 2. He flies up on us as we’re getting in our carts after a hole. “Hey you guys need to pick it up, the course is getting backed up.” The 4 groups behind us… a two some two solos and another two some. We understood, didn’t feel we were playing slow, we’ve got 4. I’d expect a solo or duo would play faster than us. Mind you the last ranger told us not to let people play through because it was duos and solos behind us.

So we rush through the next 5 holes, as it’s clear we are not welcome anymore. Only to get to 18 and wait 10 minutes on the tee for a foursome in front of us. Rushed for nothing. Ruined the entire round. We had our stuff back in the car and carts returned by 2:40.

Maybe work on scheduling if you’re worried about pace. Don’t put duos and solos behind foursomes and expect the course not to get backed up.

Never again. For the price, you’re not getting scratch golfers in Audi’s, and the course wasn’t in the shape it should be for the price. Not fun...

I loved this course when I went here with my dad a year back, still love it today; great course for someone looking to get out and play a course that has good course management and isn't too hard at the same time. I decided to go yesterday and wasn't pleased. I'm 17 years of age, on their website, it says that 18 holes of golf is $15 and a push cart is $3 for 18, and when I had called them, they said that it would be $18 total, a dollar per hole (I called to double check as this course isn't close to me, I didn't want to drive out to find out it was more). When I arrived, They asked me for $25.. The man said that his POS said that senior rates and 17- has "always been $22 and $3 for the push cart" even though when I called, that wasn't the case. Played 9 and got exhausted from the warm weather, so I went back in and talked to the same guy and told him that he overcharged me and that his website (I looked it up on the 9th hole) says I should be paying $18. I asked if I could instead get a golf cart for the back 9 instead of getting my $5 refund. He claimed that since I was 17, I could not have a cart since I'm a liability (I have my driver's license). There is no rule posted anywhere in the clubhouse OR online that 17- can not drive carts. I asked for my $5 dollars back since it wasn't possible, he rolls his eyes and literally shoves the $5 bill in my face. The younger staff members were looking at me like they felt bad but were too afraid to say anything. Great course, awful staff member. Completely ruined my experience and probably won't...

Played this course over the weekend. First off, the course was in pretty good shape considering how starved for rain we've been this year. Layout is a little weird and definitely requires keeping your eyes and ears open as several holes intersect and can result in balls coming close to other players.

Nothing overly challenging for novice golfers but enough variety to keep the day interesting and fun.

However, service leaves a lot to be desired and is why I won't be back. Booked three tee times for mid-morning meaning we hit the turn right at noon. When our first group got inside there were two hot dogs on the roller so each person who wanted to buy a quick hot dog and a beer or a Powerade had to wait for them to cook.

As we're waiting for our food one of the regulars mentioned it was starting to back up inside and the club house manager replied "yeah these guys are in here buying hot dogs and stuff and it's holding everything up."

I guess we were in the wrong for wanting to buy stuff form the clubhouse. It was nearly 90 degrees out and since there was no cart girl/boy on the course this was one of our only chance to get food or get hydrated.

There were water coolers on every 4th or 5th hole, but they were not refilled during the day so a couple were nearly empty after 1 p.m. Terrible service that was far below what we received at a different course the day before for the same...
