so my boyfriend and I relocated from Florida stayed and helped my parents for the winter in East Glacier park and decided to rent from this RV park til we could figure out what we were gonna do non the less I had my father pass away on September 11th.

prior to that we both had jobs quit them to move back to East Glacier for the winter to take care of my elderly parents we had already been renting for 1 month which we got charged 720$ had my parents pay for 300 for the space for the next month even though that was half of what she was charging us which was 600$ she can't get her prices straight she also had an add running on Craigslist for 500$ a month mind you we are hard workers trying to save money I didn't call her out on it I should have since in my book that's false advertising we didn't stay there past the 7th of September spoke with Rebecca on the phone after my father's death she said she would give me credits for the remainder of the half month I said ok fine we need to come back to Kalispell anyway for some unfinished business ...

so today September 19th my boyfriend tried to go talk to her couldn't get in the RV park due to all the construction that is bothersome considering it's been a huge inconvenience since we stayed there a month and 7 days. so he called her she was very very rude and contrite on the phone as well as condicinding he told me. he also said that she said there is no space available she would not have nothing for a while and didn't hold through on her word on giving us a credit for the days we didn't stay she then tells him she won't rent to us unless we have work verification now this is an RV park not the Ritz Carlton last time I checked it was none of their business if we were employed or not... As long as our space rent was paid.. Absolutely none of her business!!! She is a bad business person and a slum Lord. I'm glad she won't rent to us the wifi barley worked, and when it did since there was 50 or so other people using the same wifi it lagged all the time. It says free cable... what a joke NO free Cable, and when I asked for help with it she was uninterested in helping me. Instead she sent me to go talk to this creepy bad feeling in my gut guy, who does the maintenance around there for free rent. I refused to do so since he smelled, and was completely disgusting. Just out rite creepy!!! So yeah no free Cable, that's a lie up on the sign. She doesn't have the garbage emptied regularly, as well as 1 small size dumpster for the entire park to share. it gets full fast , stays full, and stunck most of the time, oh not to mention the pool that looks vagant, dirty, and unused for a long time. she's just a nasty rude miserable lying person. If you looked up slum lord in the dictionary. A picture of her would be right next to the...

My family and I had found ourselves displaced twice in the last 6 months due to homeowners selling their houses. This is a resort town, but also my family's town of 6 generations. When exhausted me bought an old camper for us to live in (not just camp in,) I learned most places are 2 weeks tops and you need to move on. Rabecca moved us in right away. While at work, someone bumoed into the back of my camper. I was sad because it's all I have now, and it's really old. But I also have a 7 year old daughter. From moment 1, Rabecca made it her personal adgenda to make this right to us in every single way possible. Campground is a tight squeeze, next to construction and behind a highway with road construction too, but we keep to ourselves, so we were happy. The onsite laundry works very well, is inexpensive, spacious and is kept clean. The bathrooms are also large and kept clean. Bring extra shoes because the bar mats hurt your feet. I have nothing but good things to say about Rabecca or Glacier Pines. When we had no other options, they gave us a home. A feel welcome kind of home. Thank you. You should want to stay yere because of the good people because sometimes that's...

-If you are looking for customer service and a clean quiet park. This place is not for you. Essentially the whole park is one big dumpster as long term residents leave all of their belongings displayed outside their campers. Don’t let old pictures deceive you, it’s a muddy waste land with only a few trees. |-The park host, Rebecca is probably the rudest person I have ever met. Passive aggressive is her middle name, and if you have a problem you can bet she won’t be willing to help fix it. But do expect a snarky reply. |-We lived here during the summer for work, we would have changed parks had that been an option. Highway robbery as prices are $900/mo. Cable is snowy with only 15 channels, WiFi essentially does not work.|The list could go on, but hopefully this is enough warning. DO NOT STAY HERE. We definitely wouldn’t stay here again, not if it was the last...
