Absolutely tragic.
The recent changes to the business have been beyond disheartening. I previously enthusiastically recommended the service and appreciated the nostalgic concept of having a milkman. However, the introduction of minimum purchase limits is an ill-conceived idea and a deal breaker. As a result, I will no longer be a customer.
Initially, the business was promoted as a revival of the traditional milkman model, but now it appears to be focusing on pushing products. Shame. It doesnt help the poor shop hours and business management. I had hoped to support local ideals that aligned with my values, but this experience has been disappointing. I hope the business will learn from this mistake. There were alternative options that could have been explored before imposing a minimum purchase requirement.
( Update* your response makes me sick. What a way to play things off. Oh a customer didnt like us we'll just claim they weren't actually one....
