I ordered a bed from log furniture place with free shipping. The free shipping I was told would leave your purchase at the bottom of your driveway. Did not have a problem with that at all. When I got a confirmation of purchase, It all changed now because I went with the free shipping. I was told I had to unload the bed from the semi truck myself when I got to my residence. So I called and canceled my order I had 48 hours to confirm that this is what I wanted. It was in the first 24 hours I called and canceled. They said they would be no problem canceling my order for a 5% restocking fee. The people of log furniture place should be ashamed of themselves for charging somebody a restocking fee for an order that had not even been processed...

Ordered a TV stand which is either the second or third item from this company. The furniture they make is top notch and incredibly sturdy and clean looking. While we went for the traditional smooth light wood look, they also make wood that has knots and more rustic looking (although all pieces have grain and some knot look so you are getting nice distinct pieces that make you feel nature has entered your home). Handles are tight and well constructed. the surfaces are smooth to the touch and easy to wipe clean or resist a spill. The hinges on a swinging door (our TV stand) are tight and heavy duty. We bought a dinning table. We received it after 3 months. It has a simple stump Which you can find in your back yard. It’s not what the sample video was showing which what prompted us to buy it. It was expensive. But we thought it’s worth it. Nonetheless When we approached the seller. They offered us something similar to the video. But wanted another $1500 to change the stump.
