The five-star rating is for the unloading procedure only.. They are quick to unload as the previous reviewer stated. Unfortunately though, the consequence of hauling hide can be inconvenient. I would have given the procedure for hauling it, a negative star. As the previous reviewer stated, you will have to get a trailer washout afterwards. Mines wind up having maggots on the floorboard. Thousands of them at the halfway point of the trailer. This is no fault of the customer. It's the consequence of hauling Raw cowhides. Blue Beacon refuse to do a trailer washout because of this. Apparently it's in their policy statement. The Smell, is not pleasing either. I had to take it to a truck wash near Rockford Illinois, they charged me $180 for the orderizing, sanitizing, two passes of wash. Smell didn't leave till 2 days afterwards. The people receiving your load are Pleasant people, just the load is not the same😅😔.

The place smells horrible and the flies are in charge they open and close the doors.Lol Other then that it seems to be a good place to work everyone was smiling and very polite from the office crew to the cleaning lady forklift driver and the guy who was lining the container for loading. OR DID I JUST COME ON THE RIGHT DAYS????...

Drivers be careful with these people here they don’t care about your appointment . I had appointment at 7 am I waited all day got door 4 pm . Picked up Logantown PA even broker say they take early don’t listen. They very rude...
