Just got off the phone with a customer service rep. Bought an acrylic grid wall shelf, item #04903. Does not fit 2"x2" grid wall but no mention of that fact at all on the website. CS rep told me, "We only sell 3" grid, in fact, that's the industry standard." He then continued, "Yeah not sure how or why you're using 2" but that's why the shelves won't fit." Like somehow I, as another dumb consumer, am supposed to know that the shelf wouldn't fit 2" grid because 3" grid is the standard? Anyways, CS rep told me to return on my own dime and would give me store credit. Shelf was $15. Message here, go pound sand stupid customer, next time you'll know better! Read moreThis place is absolutely terrible. I ordered everything for my store remodel through this company and have nothing but problems with them. I have been lied to 3 times. twice from the girl running the sales department and then again from the gentleman that handles the warehouse. They do not stock items in their store. They outsource the products. so be prepared to have your items ship from another company to them and then from them to you. It has taken over 2 weeks already. I was told I would receive my items on Friday and now they are saying it is not going to show up until Monday.
