I would of gave them 0 stars !!! I ordered 4000 dollars worth of stuff my couch broke after . My couches broke after 2 mnth. I had called right when I got them .I told them they were going to break. They picked them up for repair. At this time the pick up guy rammed the broken sofas into my new entertainment center. I called back quickly showed them the damage emailed pictures of what they did. They were going to send someone else to look at it. My husband was able to fix the damages so I told them not to worry about it. They told me my couches would be finished in 10-14 business days. I called after time passed. Then they tell me it was going to take another 10 days. I asked for my money or a replace set Because that was crazy. So for 3 days I was told I would get a call from the manager. I called again and got to speak to Sarah the online manger. Who told me the couches weren't even broken,So why is it taking so long for them to get them back to me. She was really rude told me I could not get a replacement or a refund because I didn't report it when it happened . I did they just ignored it. She was rude and mean . She told me there was none else I could talk to she was the highest in rank. I was in tears after I got off the phone with her. So in other 10 days I will get back the couches that weren't even broken . How would she feel sitting on the floor for 21 days. I will never shop online again at Bell . I hope the corporate office or the boss of Sarah the online manger reads my review and make changes so no one feels as bad as I did after spending all that money
April 23- After reading my review I got a post from the owner asking me to contact customer service to work out the problem. So I did and this happened they told me nothing was wrong with the couches normal wear and tear"mind you I only had the couches a little over 2 mnths. So they were going to re stuff them and add extra support and I would be done Friday 7 days and delivered Monday .Still 7-10 days tell me how my problem was resolved. I waited 23 days to get the couches back that they said wasn't even broken. On top of all this I contacted the president of the company by email to express my concern and let him know how I was treated as of now still haven't herd back. I will keep my post updated and post again Friday to see if the not broken couches get fixed.and get back to me. What goes around comes around and the way you treat people will be the way you will be treated, Miss online...

I ordered a dining room table set in August it’s October still haven’t got my chairs. They always say they will call and they don’t. I even asked them to ship my order to a location and I’ll pick it up myself. After calling them constantly and being told my order will be on the next truck well the next truck turned into the next one..still nothing..finally I called again they say it’s ready again I had to call them.. I drive to the location just to find out all of my order isn’t there.. they argued me down I didn’t order nothing but 2 chairs until I showed them the confirmation…Then it was yes you right you did order 4 chairs they owe you 2 more.. one lady even tried to show me the paperwork the numbers was wrong I had to correct her..Jesus....not even the amount I paid for on the paperwork. (verified by my online receipt and bank statement) one thing about me I’m very educated(college b/s) and it don’t take a dummy to know what the heck was going on.. they sat there looking at each other crazy..then another person took the same paper to the manger and was like look how they did these numbers they messed up her order.. the manager told me to call the main office over a mistake they made its simple math 2x2=4. a box with a quantity of 2 is only 2 chairs not 4.. but I did call the main office.. same situation it will be on the next truck it wasn’t waited and called again they say it’s pending..called the main office.. it’s pending.. when the money was took out of my account it wasn’t pending. It’s simple I just want what I paid my money for.. called customer service asked to talk to a manager or corporate. Instead of transferring me she said you have a good day ma’am and hung up. Never said anything negative just asked to talk to corporate or management. She hung up in my face. Now if I would of went up there and went off I would of been in the wrong and would have been looked at as the angry female.. but I am going to corporate over my chairs which I paid my money for in full nothing financed. They need to show their customer service reps. how to be professional or move them to another area. To date I’ve yet to receive my order. I’m very frustrated with this company and feel as though I’ve been cheated out of my money. I received the wrong order of which is a Queen bed and it came broken. For starters, they absolutely don’t answer the phone and when someone does, you’re on hold for almost 30 mins or more. Whenever you call the phones, they are busy or there’s a message that says the number is invalid. They don’t deliver your merchandise when they say they are going to, even though you party extra for delivery and set up. Upon outreaching to customer service on several occasions, which I have documentation of all of my outreaches to date, there has been no resolution. I spoke to Sarah, Jason, Tiffany, and a couple of other individuals both in delivery and customer service. Tiffany promised I would receive my bed (king size) on Tuesday this week and then I was called around the noon hour by delivery and told I wouldn’t receive my bed until Thursday due to issues with the manufacturer and then I spoke to Sara, which she said she’s the corporate manager along with letting me know that the president of the company would be her direct manage, he is never in the store and doesn’t accept calls from anyone. Even Mattress Mack and the guy from Exclusive Furniture speaks to their patrons, and they are a of lot bigger than they are, which makes it worse, so to hear her say this to a customer was very unprofessional and unheard of. We talked to Sarah along with getting a message from a gentleman who didn’t leave a name this morning from Bel furniture stating my delivery would be from 4-6pm today. Well, no one showed up!!! They completely wasted several days of my time, work days and all. No call, no show! Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. At this point, I just want them to pick up this order that’s incorrect, broken and refund me all of my money. Just like I’ve requested. The customer service is absolutely horrible!
