Hello, let me start by saying that Joe from the wood department and Smith from power tools department is a top notch and they are going above and beyond their job to meet the client need. Let just said that me and my wife went in to Home depot and looking for a couple pieces of sheet rock 2X3 precut as Home Depot web site had it on the website but when we ask every one that is available and stand around doing nothing but talk, instead of point us to the right aisle all they do is point to go to see the wood dept person....wow ok. what a difference when we met Joe and not only he drop what he was doing and walk us to the right aisle but he said it must be out so he pick up the full sheet of sheet rock and ask us the exact dimension and manually cut it and of course we pay the for the whole sheet. Smith also a great asset to the company as well, he is taking his time to tell me and help me choose the right power tool for the right project that i am working on and tell me the special that the store had at that time and save us the money on the tool that would over kill on the project that we are working, make a long story short that Home Depot need more employee like Joe and Smith that really taking pride of their job and the Company that they are represent for instead of like many other employee that we are encounter with. We feel like all they are there is to collect 40 hours pay check and who care what clients need we know that not all employee are like that but for us and on that day it sure show us some are great and some are not so much care about clients. Remember treat other like the way you want to be treated. Thanks so much for all your help Joe and Smith i will be back to this home depot and shop just because of Employee like you guys. a big THANK YOU!!!! to both of you and many other great employee...

Worst Home Depot experience ever and I like Home Depot I do shop here often but now i'm questioning that decision. There are alternatives. My dishwasher died so I needed low cost replacement that is decent , I'm a single father little money. Found a Bosh discontinued half off making it competive with low end models it bad reviews due to pour drying I think because no heating element relies on hot water to dry. I don't use heat dry anyway so hea why not, tag stated in store stock only so I and 3 other couples shopping for other appliances all tried to get help but nobody in department. I flaged down total of 4 employees but nobody could get anyone to help any of us waiting. Almost an hour later someone finally showed up and he explained to me that the only one left was the display model customers messed with for God only knows how long. Better yet they would have to unbolt it from display row pull it out and that is all I get no box no cord no hoses no assories no paperwork or other parts needed to hook it up. I was then informed if I purchased it and managed to hook it up with parts I would have to find and it didn't work because it's been handled by customers in the display I could not bring it back. I would have to take that up with Bosh after hooking it up without the parts it was supposed to come with and no warranty paperwork I'm sure that conversation would go well, but for just a bunch more money I could buy a Home Depot Extended warranty. But of course if it didn't work that would be the Bosh warranty that there was no paperwork for Remember NO BOX OR PAPERWORK.. . Yea right.......

I went to Home Depot knowing my oven was gas and I measured it myself (correctly). On the first of 3 visits I was told they don't accept my word and have to send out a company to measure. I scheduled and had it measured. On the second visit I took the notes and came up on a Sunday. Nobody competent was working then in the department so the lady scrolled online and said I would have to reach out to the installed on Monday to know what models will work. The technician incorrectly thought my over was electric so on the 3rd visit to home depot at 7:30 at night (fastest I could arrive) there was no one competent in the department and lady tried really hard to help me from a different department. I purchased 3k worth of product and service on a debit card... The installers come out - recognize their mistake and say the over wont work. Home depot refuses to refund my money. It will take 2-3 weeks to get them to pick up their mistake and refund my money. Also their installer left my natural gas valve open and my house smelt like natural gas when I got home late on Friday. Please call me and come up with a better resolution than you are currently offering....

I had some very expensive tile delivered today for a patio project and I literally watched the drivers damage it in front of my eyes. I couldn’t prove it because it was at the bottom of the stack. I unloaded the stack and sure enough, the bottom box of tile was in shards. Later, I attempted to exchange the tile. The box was so dangerous as it was full of sharp porcelain shards, so I brought a few of them with me to the store. The returns manager was rude, and said I also needed the box (after I’d already spent 30 minutes in the store). I came back and he refunded the box. He didn’t offer to compensate me for delivery or to go and get a new box loaded into my car (70 lb boxes), he just said to go grab another one off the floor. I finally got back and texted online customer support and they advised I needed to go back to the store AGAIN when the store manager is there to request compensation for delivery. This was the epitome of terrible customer service from all three encounters: drivers, store, and online support.

Asked 3 team members for near customer service for assistance, each one said they would call someone or would help me in a moment. No one came - reason for me deducting a star off this review. Finally I asked a gentleman by the name of Derian and he immediately stopped what he was doing to assist me - this the type of customer service I expected walking in to this new location. Derian found the item and helped me bring it down from the top shelves. Thank you so much Derian for helping me find what I came here looking for!

I recently moved to Katy from downtown area. My Home Depot experience was not great. When I went to this location. I felt like it is ok to spend my money here. From the cashiers to the technical work, everyone was available and helpful.
