I wish I could give this experience more stars but I just can't. I was told the experience would be almost 2 hours and would cost $150, plus tips. I thought that was fair for a salt scrub and massage by two people. I arrived and was given a quick tour and told what to do. I changed out of my clothes and into my towel which smelled slightly sour- like it wasn't dried in a timely manner. I went into the steam room which was lovely but the wooden bench was also sort of sour smelling like it was in need of a good scrubbing. The salt rub was awesome with the prayers and song. It lasted about five minutes though. Then, it was time for the massage. I rinsed and went to my massage table and laid down. The sheets also smelled a bit off. I am used to the slightly oily smell of massage table linens but these smelled like they were left in the washer for a day or more before being dried. After a few minutes, my masseuses came in and began working. They were good and it felt great, but a bit rushed. One of the masseuses was dripping sweat on me which was sort of gross.It seemed like they were rushing thru and when they told me it was over, I was a bit surprised. I went into the changing area to check the time and the whole experience, including my time relaxing in the steam room before my salt scrub, was under 45 minutes. The best massage on Earth. And I would know. Not JUST the best massage on the planet, but a bargain for the price. Get there early and hang out in the sauna before your salt scrub. And believe me, you'll want that, but just know that most people do this completely nude. Rinse off in the semi-outdoor shower after your scrub and then go get your four-hand massage. Stay a little while after your massage and get back in the steam before taking one last cool shower. One of the best parts of this wonderful massage experience though, is the Hawaiian chant/songs they sing throughout. It's like being in the middle of a choir as they harmonize all around you. This is easily the best massage experience I’ve ever had. Be aware that the salt scrub and massage are generally done fully nude, though they will make accommodations upon request. Don’t get sunburnt or cut up beforehand.

The salt scrub is awesome and the massage is even better. All of the practitioners who worked on me were highly skilled, highly professional, and very well coordinated given that they worked two at a time. I enjoyed the facility and the effort to make the experience pay respects to the Hawaiian origins of the practice.
