I love this place! Great products but the customer service has been a total let down. The ladies that work there make you wait in line while they are on their phone. Ignores you until they feel like helping you, one time I had the lady attending me the other lady called her and she just walked away no word and didn’t take my order another lady had to come take it. Very rude! In another instance this guy worker went up to my girlfriend and asked her for the receipt when she had two cups of juice that had to be poured in the cup acting like she went in the back and prepared herself some juice after not receiving a receipt and asking for it. This place is great but they need new staff people that care...

I’ve been coming to this location for quite some time, it used to be convenient and the ordering experience was genuinely nice. Over the past couple of months the service has going from nice to horrible, specially while ordering food, my cashier today was extremely unpleasant with every customer that came across her, if you want to relax and have a nice time with your family I do not recommend this place, spend over 40 dollars in my order and couldn’t even eat my food, she was feed up with having to clean her station after taking my order, I do not have her name but in my opinion there are other positions that she can work at instead of the front of the house with customers. Oh my God, my kids and I had a perfect lunch here and definitely this is not going to be the last time that we go to this place.

We had a steak sandwich and a pork sandwich.

The pork sandwich was good a little bit dry but we put some sauces and made it perfect, but let me tell you that pork was practically melting on our mouth it was so so soft.

The steak sandwich was my favorite and I didn't expect. The steak was thin and the Cuban seasoning was so good. The croquetas I ordered for a side where good not crazy good but OK.

The service was great and the places where we got to sit down and enjoy our lunch was impeccable, thank you so much for working hard to make your place a really nice...
