Terrible customer service, I have never met more rude employees than I have here. They claim to have alot of customer service experience but they clearly are not good at dealing with people in a respectful manner. Which you would expect at her age. They refused to let me exchange something when I had the receipt. Also argued with me on polices about bagging items when I was trying to exchange something.
