Customer service is horrible when you call numerous times and they don't answer. Takes a week for anyone to get back in touch with you. They had a simple task of just transferring power and fiber to a new address that's all they had to do. First they wanted another deposit after you have already done 400 dollar deposit at the old address. Then when it comes to the fiber again no answer. Then you finally get a hold them they say it will be six days before they hook it up. If you come out to look at house you should be prepared to install service.
