I'm just upset because I have always heard that this is replicable business that I'm on matter what you would be treated fairly and respectful..But I don't feel any of that I'm feeling actually like ,......because I applied to 2 of your homes for rent in the Malden. Mo area now I know that some people are financially more established than I am but I do what I can and I pay my rent my current landlord even wrote to you a reference of good tenant and that got me no where even after I constantly took the effort along with my mother to establish a yes we can help you or no z when I'm sure you knew I wasn't getting either or in the beginning..So what make s me even more angry is that I explained my situation and you said ok .. So usually after a application is submitted I get the denial or it's a go.... I didn't I get to read it on the posting sold fine I told you either or thinking I would be next as a consumer and still nothing all I wanted to know yes or no and I would have stop wasting our time I'm. A big boy just say no blah blah blah the normal for .,...and I would have went on with my day. Got the program for $900 worth of stuff. They said “your approved for an $1800 lease if you want it”. I said no i dont, just the stuff i had chosen... problem #1 they were supposed to deliver half of the stuff because it wasnt in stock, but never did. Called several times and just got hung up on and never resolved. So i payed the $450 for the stuff i got and should of been done with the pay. Problem #2 It shows on my credit several months of missed payments because even tho i said NO to the lease, they basicly told the lease company yes and had the lease in my name even with me saying no. Problem #3 Not only do i still owe the other $450 on the stuff i didnt even get, but due to lease preaching, i apparently owe on the whole $1800 of the lease. No way does that make sense to owe $1800 (which if you do payments the whole time turns into $3600) when you were supposed to only get $900 worth and would of been payed off soon, but only received half of the stuff. So if thats all i got, then thats been oayed for and i do not owe on stuff i did not get, plus doible the amount for a lease i said no to. Problem #4 This place will not resolve issue with lease company, should simply pay back what they lied for and get the whole lease removed from your credit, but they will not work with them. Terrible responsibility. I am going to have to sue them to get this junk fixed on my credit for a lease i did not...

Great place to get furniture, not a place for employment at all. The kid that is over the delivery/warehouse employees hasn't got a clue how to oversee employees, treats you with 0 respect, Bragg's about how he makes too much money to work for some of the top paying employers in the area while paying minimum wage, docking you for tools, charge you for a drink, makes you clock out for a 30 min lunch. You constantly have to track him down for instructions, like your too dumb to be given a plan of action or it's just a control mentality either way it's BS time management. The owner and office staff are friendly and helpful as far as customers...
