Yoke's Fresh Market - Kennewick — Local services in Kennewick

They have excellent fruits and vegetables, always fresh and clean well laid out department. I think they have one of the best selections of different cheese's. They also have an anti pasta bar with a bunch of different olives, marinated mushrooms, pickled garlic, and stuffed green olives. I believe the rest of the store is very well laid out also. The bakery is very good, and the deli is great. You can pickup any kind of salad you can think of. They have a great selection of hot food in the deli or you can order handmade cold sandwiches and/or hot grilled sandwiches. Also available is hot soups so you can sit in their dining area and have lunch. They also have a coffee bar where you can get your favorite espresso or coffee. You can also drop off your mail and bill payments. You can also get lottery tickets. Sometimes I can do all my bill paying mail my letters and eat lunch all with one stop at Yoke's. Did I also mention that the people that work there are always helpful and friendly. Great...

used to enjoy shopping here regularly but the quality of my shopping experience has declined dramatically over the last year or so.

heres a few examples:

1.) I am frequently followed by employees (assuming they think im trying to shoplift.) although i never have and never will

2.) Have had times where cashiers have made innapropriate comments and/or assumptions about me based on what i am purchasing.

3.) have been asked to leave the property simply for asking another customer if they knew what time it was due to the fact that my phone was dead at the time. .

not to mention there is never anywhere near enough lanes open and it frequently takes 15 minutes to checkout even if i am only purchasing one item.

i currently do not plan on ever coming here again despite giving them thousands upon thousands of dollars of my business. very dissapointed they weren't able to sustain the atmosphere and phenomenal customer service that they once had. now i dread going here. highly...

Unfortunately, I will NOT be returning to shop here. After yesterday, that was the straw that broke the camel back!!!!!! Judi? Is one of the employees names I was able to get. After her saying very very rudely, “ are you finally ready?” I was thrown back. Another lady was standing there and waiting to be helped patiently, when AGAIN, both employees were very rude and upset that us customers wanted their assistance. Being “Yokes”, the customer service just isn’t there anymore. I understand the perception of people thinking that just because they shop here, they are considered BOUJEE??? I’m FAR from being close to RICH!!!! Customer service usually means they are more than WILLING to help you with your needs? Right? Well seems as if the whole USPS/MAIL system has ALL these employees not wanting to help, or just plainly do the job that they are supposed to...
