We have been getting set up with our office furniture needs for almost a decade now with the help of OFW. As lead of our grwing department this was my first contact, and in short, they are 100%, legit, on the level, total pros. However you slice it they came through. Elijah excelled in providing timely communication and really went the extra mile to support our facility’s 60,000 Sqft. expansion project (included ~50 new cubicles, 20 training room tables, executive office furniture, and lots of chairs). He provided samples without question and was willing to work with our company to help ensure we were getting exactly what we wanted. All furniture arrived as described and the lead-times on the quotes were accurate. Elijah was even willing to step in himself to correct minor issues which the company was over analytic about such as perfect cubicle alignment. The OFW team was very friendly, professional, and easy to work with when installing furniture and I always felt confident that they would ask questions as opposed to making any assumptions. The team followed all of our facilities safety protocols without question. If given the opportunity, I would work with this team again in a heartbeat!
