Unfortunately, I also had a negative experience after visiting this warehouse. I don’t understand how such slow warehouses can exist in our time; they do not value the drivers' time. If you want to save your nerves and time, avoid deliveries to this location—you’ll save both time and money. The warehouse's operating hours are from 8 PM to 6 AM, and there’s a high chance you’ll spend your entire shift here. Arrive strictly at your appointed time (appt); early arrival is not allowed. Make sure they have recorded your phone number correctly because they will need to call you after you enter the premises to give you the door number. You’ll need to park with the trailer doors closed, without breaking the seal, and back up to their building. Then, take your documents and proceed to door 42, after which you can rest.

I understand that there are a lot of trucks and work here, and they need to count every box. But please, managers and supervisors of this warehouse, organize the process so that drivers don’t have to spend 8-10 hours here. It is not normal for unloading to take that long. It’s disrespectful to the drivers. I’ve delivered here four times, and nothing has changed—it’s only gotten worse. The security staff treat drivers well, thank God no one was rude. They helped fill out the documents and politely explained what to do. The security staff are courteous and kind (at least something is set up correctly).

If you manage to streamline the work at this warehouse so that drivers spend at least 1-2 hours here (and better yet, 30 minutes), that would be wonderful. It’s possible at other warehouses, and I’m sure you can achieve it too. We would be happy because spending 9 hours on delivery to your warehouse makes no sense. Your warehouse's rating is already bad, and with such work organization and attitude toward drivers, it will only get worse every month. We hope that in the future, you will make some changes and create a more comfortable environment...

They start receiving at 2000 hrs thru 0600 hrs. You can only arrive 1 hour before your appointment, and reflective vest required. After the guard gives you the gate pass, you will drive down to the building and park along the left line between the dropped trailers and wait for a call telling you which dock to go to. Do not break your seal & back into the dock door, leaving the doors closed & tandems back all of the way. There is a lot of space for backing, very easy back. You will then need to go to the lumper office next to dock# 42 and give them all of your paperwork, including the gate pass. 0 stars. Guard shack people were nice and helped fill out paperwork. They told me exactly what to do and where to go and how to do it. The people working inside need new jobs, disrespectful little monsters. Don't come more than an hr before your appt whatsoever, you'll be waiting outside on the street semi blocking traffic. Once you get your dock, keep you doors closed with seal intact and back in. Go to 42 and turn in all the paperwork. When you get back to your truck GO TO SLEEP. They'll have you waiting hours and I mean hours for 2 pallets. Held for 4 hrs to unload and another 2 for paperwork. Ridiculous. They really need new management or a whole revamp of operations.
