Arcare Kensett — Local services in Kensett

My mother is 96 years old and had some issues with her colostomy yesterday we went to Dr. Dan Davison who basically didn’t want to help so he sent us over to the emergency room we sat over there for four hours or longer ! My mother cannot hear very well so every time I would go up to the counter to see how much longer she would ask me what they would say and of course I would have to yell at her for her to be able to understand me and everybody in the emergency room was listening. Tabatha Brooks husband happened to be in there and asked me what my mothers issues were and I told him and he said that he would be more than happy to make a phone call to his wife who is the nurse practitioner over at the Kensett AR CARE facility. He told me that they would be happy to help her and I got her over there immediately the girls at the front counter were so kind and considerate and helped fill out the paperwork so we could get my mom process sooner since this had been an all day ordeal. Then when they got her in a room which was only about five minutes later four wonderful people angels from God came in there and helped my mother I cannot say enough good things about everybody that works there. They took a horrible day and made it bearable so my poor mother could get home , she had not been able to eat all day and I’m sure she was starving . My mother and my dad were friends with Dr. Dan Davidson‘s parents in California that’s how long my mother has known him and for him to show her so little care was so frustrating. His dad actually sold my mother and dad an insurance policy and when my dad passed away 55 years ago it was the first policy he ever had to pay out. I will no longer be taking her to see him , Tabatha Brooks and her crew at Kensett AR Care Treated me like family and that’s exactly where I plan on taking my mother from now on. It’s nice to know they’re still good folks...

Tabitha Brooks, APRN, is wonderful. I am a difficult patient and have VERY severe anxiety about drs from a really bad situation I went through and I have no problem when I go to my appointments there. Tabitha listens and cares. She has seen me at my worst and never once judged me or made me feel bad about myself, she has always just understood and did everything in her power to help me. I’ve been using arcare Kensett for a couple of years and I feel like they are family at this point. They have been so patient with me albeit my shenanigans. The nurses and staff are the best. Kelly is an amazing nurse and she actually cares about her patients, any other nurse I’ve seen there are the same way, you guys deserve an award for dealing with me at times lol. Jakob is very understanding and kind. . Alyssa and Rachel are the best front dest workers. I know I probably drive them crazy sometimes but they are always so friendly and patient with me and know me by name and we always have a good laugh when I go in. God knew what I needed when I found this clinic. The care and patience I have seen with everyone here and my difficult situation at times has been so heart warming and encouraging. Thank you to everyone at this clinic for being so wonderful and caring about my physical, mental and emotional health. I love all of you and I appreciate everything you have done...

This dr or should I say practitioners office was previously great for me when Nicky williams was there although Tabitha Aprn was just a good a practitioner as she is , has been a good place all except you see different Apn’s every time you go in . Now the front desk girls Rachel & Alisa an Paige are excellent front desk girls they always remain calm to the patient no matter how irate the patient is They are professional , friendly , go getters they work hard here answering the phones , making appointments & all else I’m sure they do ! Front desk people never get the attention they deserve! These girls are fabulous!! The place is very clean bathroom are clean parking is there for your disabilities. I like the place just don’t like the fact you see so many different people or when I asked for a letter to Disability from there home office you would have thought I was asking for a contract or something .. Never received it and it wasn’t dealt up with by staff. Granted they were moving people around so it wasn’t the girls fault ....
