How is this still a business? How?! Look at all these 1-star reviews! Last week my delivery window was 11am-3pm. At 6pm I was texted it would be between 6pm-8pm. After 11:30pm they said they were on their way. I was in bed and live in an apartment so I wasn’t about to catch a noise complaint or wrestle with boxes so late at night. Fine. Delivery canceled. I got texts at 2:03am to say they were sorry my couch wasn’t delivered as scheduled. And another text at 4:05am to say my couch would be delivered in 30 minutes. It wasn’t and I don’t mind that much because who delivers furniture at 4AM?! Unfortunately, this company apparently only delivers to my side of the state on weekends so with no other option, I had to reschedule to today. This time the delivery window was between 1pm-5pm. Well, here it is almost 7pm and no couch and no contact from anyone. If you can’t follow through on your commitments, stop. Just stop. This is beyond ridiculous and unacceptable. I will never agree to have anything delivered by this company ever again and IKEA should end any agreements they have with them immediately. I’d rather make the trip over at this rate but I think I’ll just cancel the order entirely and find something else. Absolutely not worth wasting your time or money on these clowns.

Read moreAfter looking at the other reviews, I was worried after seeing my Ikea delivery was being fulfilled by NAL. However, everything went absolutely without a hitch. I got an initial delivery date from Ikea about a day after my purchase. I got a text from NAL specifying an initial delivery window from 9am-9pm. Ugh. The day before the delivery, I got another text with a window from 3pm-7pm. Great, if that actually is what ends up happening. At about 4pm on the delivery day, got a text saying "your delivery is about 30 minutes away" with a link to a live map where I could see the location of the truck. The truck a rolled up, and backed in to my apartment building right at 4:30pm. A friendly delivery guy knocked on my door, told me I had four items being delivered. He and one other guy unloaded everything from the truck, put them in my building's elevator, and then carefully brought them into my living room even though I just had a "doorstep delivery". The driver took two photos of the delivered items, handed me the manifest, and was on their way. They were very professional and friendly throughout the interaction.
Just felt like posting since my experience was so totally different than all the negative reviews I read! Hope other folks get lucky and get the same great...

The company sent us a 24-hour window, then a 12-hour window, and then during the time when our bed was supposed to be delivered we received a notification that our bed would be here between 8:00 and 10:00 p.m. at 9:15 p.m. we just got a message saying that we would not be getting our bed. When we tried to call them in the morning, we were told that we would be waiting over another week because they couldn't get the truck to get the bed here. When we asked where they were, they admitted that they were in Kent meaning they were literally within one or two miles of the IKEA store. This means in almost two and a half weeks our bed only made it feet from the store. I had back surgery recently and am now stuck sleeping on the floor because of this shady company. Whatever you do, run the other way. They will not offer you help and they will not keep their delivery times. A horrible service that should be shut down. IKEA really needs to switch shipping companies because this is making them...
