Drove 1.5 hours to pickup my own furniture after waiting 5 weeks and being told they only delivered to my area the third Friday of the month, which put my $5k delivery out to July. So I chose to rent a truck and pick up our two dining room sets myself. Arrive at the facility, no one at the desk, ring the door beep at least 5 times no response. Call all 3 numbers listed no answer, and I can hear people talking on the phone and getting drinks from the vending machine and after saying "excuse me" and "hello" no one responded. A warehouse worker was coming from a bathroom break and decided to grab my info so they could pull my order and know I've been sitting for 20 minutes waiting on them to load us up. 3 plus hour round trip, $200 truck rental to get my furniture delivered. Read moreVery poor customer service,rude staff! If I could leave less than one star I would,service store level and distribution warehouse is lacking patience and friendliness as well. The set I had was needing to be returned because of warehouse error/packaging. To get a new set took an act of god to just return one simple item.
Along with that employee struck an attitude because I had an issue with the wait time. You have to ring a bell to get assistance and they treat you like a number rather than a paying customer,which is a customer they will lose along with many more with this level of service. More than unhappy to the level of disgust that a company this size in volume lacks a system which provides the public.
Would definitely recommend training on talking to individuals,and how to handle long wait times when busy. Like I said if I could leave negative stars I would,spend tour hard earned money at another company that...
Read morebuying at the store was great. picking up at the distribution center in kernersville is a joke. everyone is apparently on break at the same time, (all the time) or so i was told. i have been here 3 times now to pick up chairs and have had to wait for over a half hour each time just to talk to someone! they have a list of managers phone numbers by the "office" none of them answer, one of them isn't even a working number. avoid going here at all cost if you can help it! their customer service is seriously lacking. i'm not sure what they are doing back there, but helping customers is not a priority. i had to call the store to get them to call the warehouse to have someone, finally get my order started and still had to wait over 20 more minutes for them to find my chair and bring it to the loading door. btw, i was the only customer the entire time i was there, why did it take so long?? so very...
