My company sent in a board to be repaired and they claimed they never received it. I sent them proof of delivery, as well as GPS coordinates directly from UPS and they said "We recognize UPS says that unit was delivered to our address but we do not have this unit. We don't know how else to help you...." The proof of delivery clearly states that this unit was brought into their facility and received by Kevin.
Edit: I spoke Robin, to the escalation specialist at ERD to review my recent concerns with their company. She assured me they had looked all over for this unit, twice, with no luck. My main concern was how the situation was handled. I was left with no solution by the customer service representative. Robin is going to look into this issue and use it for training purposes moving forward.
